Whether you're feeling lost, overwhelmed, or stuck in a life you no longer recognise, this is a place where you can be fully seen and heard without judgement.
You don't have to have all the answers. You just need space to begin. Bereavement, divorce, illness, childhood trauma, work stress or loss of job, family conflict, victim of a crime, infertility, caring responsibilities, changes mean life can sometimes take an unexpected turn.
When everything feels uncertain, counselling can help you make sense of what is happening and support you in finding your way forward.
Together, we will explore what matters to you most, at your pace.
Counselling with me can be designed to fit your needs and lifestyle.
You can choose from face to face sessions, online therapy or telephone counselling whichever feels most convenient and comfortable for you.
I offer walk and talk sessions providing a supportive way to connect whilst moving outdoors.
Children and young people can choose to be seen in person or online.
Whether you want a mix of these approaches or a single way to connect, together we will find what works best for you.
Whether you're an adult facing personal challenges, a worried parent seeking support for your child or young person or a therapist supporting others in your professional role, this is a space designed for you.
Here, your experience matters. Here, you can explore what's on your mind with understanding and respect in a way that feels right for you.
Supervision
I offer a steady, supportive, space where you can explore your work in depth, reflect honestly and grow in confidence and clarity. Whether you are starting out in placement or are an experienced counsellor navigating complex work, I bring a grounded, relational approach rooted in mutual respect and meaningful connection. I value ongoing, consistant supervisory relationships, where trust can deepen over time and we can explore your work with openness and care. My aim is to create a space where you feel safe enough to bring all of yourself, not just the polished parts.
I pride myself on making sure every client gets the experience they need, want and deserve.
You are unique and so is every session we share.
If you have made it this far, something has brought you here, maybe you are carrying a lot, maybe life feels off-kilter, or maybe you don't feel like you anymore and you are tired of pretending to be 'fine'.
Counselling is not always easy. It can feel unfamiliar, even uncomfortable at times, but it is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself. It is a place to slow down, reflect and start understanding what is really going on for you without judgement, without pressure.
There are no expectations, you don't have to know where to start or have the right words, I'll meet you where you are with respect, patience and honesty. Together we will work through what is going on for you gently, steadily, in a way that feels safe and manageable.
It is lovely to recieve cards and messages from clients feeling better but what I really appreciate is constructive feedback. I aim to continuously assess my practice to ensure I am providing the best possible service to all my clients and supervisees.
There is no obligation to provide feedback but it does help me to improve and develop the service for future clients.
Whether you are here for yourself, your child or your profession, your wellbeing matters. Taking the step to talking to someone can feel daunting but it can also be the most caring thing you do for yourself or a loved one. You don't have to keep doing this alone.
